Promotion

Provision:
An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they:

1. Are promoted into a leadership or supervisory role;
2. Are promoted into a role responsible for governance, policy, or compliance, and fail to comply with the Cake Act;

Aggravating Circumstance:

• The Officer schedules leave immediately following promotion to avoid cake liability;
