Provision:
An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they:
- Appear in a publicly disseminated audio-visual recording;
- Are publicly attributed with statements or commentary.
Aggravating Circumstances:
- The material appears on the front page of The West Australian.
- The material is broadcast on Channel 7, 9 or 10’s nightly news program.
