Provision:
An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they:
- Permanently separate from the Emergency Services;
- Are transferred to a different District;
- Move to a different team or station within the same District.
Aggravating Circumstances:
- The Officer is transferred to an interstate jurisdiction;
- The transfer occurs as a result of tenure enforcement.
