Provision:
An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they:
- Officially join the Police Force, St John Ambulance (SJA), or any other Emergency Services organisation;
- Are transferred from another District into the current jurisdiction.
Aggravating Circumstance:
- The Officer is transferred from a different state Emergency Services jurisdiction.
