Incorrect Name Spelling

Provision:
An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they:

  • Spell a colleague’s name incorrectly in any official or semi-official context. Including but not limited to:
    1. Commendations.
    2. Certificates
    3. Stamps

Aggravating Circumstances:

  • Misspelling a rank (e.g. “Sargent” instead of “Sergeant”)
  • Permanent items ordered with the incorrect name (e.g. engraved stamp)
