Provision:
An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they:
- Fail to return any agency- or company-issued equipment issued in the course of duty.
Aggravating Circumstances:
- A supervisory officer is required to intervene to facilitate return.
- The items are taken home.
- The Officer has commenced a period of leave.
- The relevant shift is a night shift.
