Loss of Equipment

Date of Enactment: 17 October 2022
Provision:
An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they:

1. Lose any issued equipment;
2. Misplace any item of uniform or part thereof.

Aggravating Circumstance:

• The loss results from the item being left on the roof of a police vehicle.
