Provision:
An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they:
- Take home keys to any operational vehicle;
- Take home the sole set of keys to any agency premises;
- Lock keys inside an operational vehicle.
Aggravating Circumstance:
- The Officer has commenced a period of leave.
