Provision:
An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they:
- Dispense diesel into a petrol-engine vehicle;
- Dispense petrol into a diesel-engine vehicle;
- Drive an electric vehicle to a service station with the intent to refuel.
Aggravating Circumstance:
- The tank is completely filled and the transaction finalised before the error is identified.
