Provision:
An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they:
- Are rostered to work on their birthday.
Aggravating Circumstances:
- The Officer books annual leave on or near the day.
- The Officer books off as unfit for duty (sick leave).
- The birthday marks a multiple of ten (e.g., 30th, 40th, 50th).
