Provision:
An Officer is guilty of an Offence if they:
- Accidentally activate the red button
Aggravating Circumstances:
- The Officer is a Probationer;
- An Officer pressing another Officers button,
- In this instance, the offence and fine is incurred by the person making the activation, despite it not being on their own radio.
